Aftercare Service
At Turkish Delightful Homes we can arrange a complete aftercare service to have your home looked after for the times
when you are not resident. The service to look after your home can include some or all of the following aspects:
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly airing of your home
- Organisation and payment of your home utility bills
- Payment of your 'council tax' (*currently 0.1% of the value of your home)
- Regular Cleaning
- Garden Maintenance
- Regular inspection for any damage to your home eg weather, water etc
The organisation of short term rentals and holiday lets may also be done for you should you wish to let the property.
